Our Local Story

Evergreen Builders fills a gap in Northwest Arkansas: custom home-building quality for smaller structures. Too often, small homes, ADUs, and backyard builds get passed over for bigger jobs or treated as afterthoughts. With 50+ years of combined experience, we're here for people who want nice, not necessarily big. Every structure is stick-built on a permanent foundation, fully permitted, and held to custom-home standards — and we handle it all, from design to final inspection. We're not a franchise or a national home builder — we're your neighbors, and we build like it.
